RESTORATION OF SAINTS PETER AND PAUL'S OLD CATHEDRAL

Ss. Peter and Paul’s Old Cathedral forms an integral part of Goulburn’s rich historic fabric. The proposed Spire is part of a detailed maintenance program as outlined in the 1986 Conservation Management Report. It is the desired intent of the development to remain true to the original design concept plan for the Cathedral. The completion of Stombuco’s Cathedral with the Spire is not only add to Goulburn’s rich architectural history but preserve the heritage of the building for the next generation.
